Paul L. Salzetta joined the firm January 2000. A lawyer for over 30 years, Paul Salzetta has dedicated his entire professional career to the representation of personal injury victims and the families and survivors of wrongful death claims. The firm concentrates in representing catastrophically injured clients who are injured through medical negligence, personal injury, including airline/aviation, automobile and trucking accidents, transportation, construction negligence, premises liability, FELA, and products liability. Before becoming a partner at Winters Salzetta O'Brien & Richardson, LLC, Paul was an associate at the firm Powers Rogers and Smith, P.C. for eleven years where he tried and settled numerous cases on behalf of injured clients.

Paul has been lead counsel in many trials involving complex medical issues, product liability issues, and personal injuries. Paul has obtained numerous settlements and verdicts in excess of a million dollars.
